What to expect? A HOT, darkened room, LOUD, BRISK vinyasa flow, MINIMAL INSTRUCTION as to how to do the various postures.
Excellent class for those who are looking for a workout to “shape up” physically and for those who are looking to learn to relax in the midst of life’s chaos. The first few classes may seem overwhelming, but with practice, you will go with the flow… Not recommended for beginners. Find a Class.

Uttitha Vinyasa -HOT YOGA
Open / all levels class
Uttitha vinyasa is a hot yoga class designed to integrate the physical, philosophical and spiritual aspects of Yoga. The class includes, vinyasa flow, hands-on adjustments, pranayama, meditation, chanting, philosophy, uplifting music, relaxation and discussion of the Jivamukti Yoga focus of the month, from at TYC perspective. SLOW FLOW / SUNRISE / CANDLELIGHT -HEATED

A quiet, heated, vinyasa class designed to increase range of motion, promote relaxation, nurture and heal the body, mind, and soul. It is based on the techniques of ashtanga yoga, students will be guided into postures using traditional sequencing, breath and bandhas. -All levels Find a Class.

YIN YOGA
Open / all levels class
“The balancing practice for your yang style of yoga” Yin Yoga directs the stimulation normally created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues (which we are calling the yang tissues). Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.

TYC ASHTANGA YOGA

Based on the Ashtanga Primary series with emphasis on Sun Salutation, Standing Poses, Backbends and Inversions. Find a Class.
