Hi Heather,

Feel free to post my tweet to the blog as well…  I’ve struggled with my weight all my life and tried many forms of diet and exercise.  Now nearing my 40′s I’ve realized the key to my well being is yoga.  The mental and physical aspects of yoga has been the most important factor in my fitness journey.  Every time I leave class I have learned something new, whether its a new pose or a thought to carry me through the day.  It helps me to start and restart and rededicate myself where and when I need to.

I have always wanted to do yoga but resisted it because of my weight or because I thought I wasn’t flexible enough . Now after the challenge I’m down almost 50 pounds and look and feel like a new person, or perhaps the person I was always meant to be.  It has been the key that unlocked so many possibilities for me.   I committed myself to the 30 day yoga challenge and completed it.  My wife asked me what I was going to do after the challenge and I said…go to yoga…I can’t stay away!  Thanks TYC!
